We all have downloaded movies, tv series, games and a lot of stuff via torrent. Totrentz.com is the world's largest torrent search engine. Several searches everyday are made on Google to find popular torrents. Soon this might be not possible.
Rapidshare, Megaupload, Bittorrent and Torrent might all be censored soon. Google has planned to remove them from their auto complete list. What this means is any search made with the word torrent in it will not be suggested by the search engine. The weired part is that Google hasn't banned words like PirateBay which is a popular torrent site.
MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) and RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) have been applying pressure on Google for a while now and it's no surprise to many that they have finally come through.
This might have been a step taken too late but it would require a lot then these feeble steps to remove the Entertainment industry from privacy.
